Tier 1 – Annual Services The Tier 1 - Annual Service Plan is designed to provide once per year services to data centers that are looking for a minimum level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the subfloor, top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Also included in this plan is an air particle count sampling. Tier 2 – Semi-Annual Services The Tier 2 - Semi-Annual Service Plan is designed to provide twice per year services to data centers that are looking for a higher level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the subfloor once per year, and twice per year to clean the top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Also included in this plan is an air particle count sampling once per year during the subfloor visit. Tier 3 – Quarterly Services The Tier 3 – Quarterly Service Plan is designed to provide services four times per year to data centers that are looking for our recommended level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the subfloor once per year, and four times per year to clean the top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Also included in this plan is an air particle count sampling once per year during the subfloor visit. Tier 4 – Monthly Services The Tier 4 – Monthly Service Plan is designed to provide services each month to data centers that are looking for a maximum level of protection against contamination build-up. This plan includes services to clean the subfloor twice per year, and twelve times per year to clean the top of the raised floor, and equipment surfaces within the data center. Services Subfloor surface cleaning includes vacuuming the concrete subfloor plenum using specialized critical filter vacuums in compliance with recognized standards for cleaning data centers. Our patent-pending data center cleaning system removes contamination from your subfloor plenum to eliminate the build-up of particulate that can be carried into your room’s air flow and cause downtime. Raised floor surface cleaning includes cleaning the surface of the raised floor panels utilizing our patent-pending data center cleaning system. We utilize our exclusive Pro-Tek™ brand Microfiber Flat Moping System, and Pro-Tek™ brand Access Floor Cleaner that are specially designed and formulated for cleaning high pressure laminated raised floor tiles in mission critical facilities. Our patent-pending data center cleaning system eliminates the need for buckets of water in your data center, and ensures that we effectively and safely clean the surface of your raised access floor panels. Exteriror Equipment Surface Cleaning Exterior equipment surface cleaning includes cleaning the exterior surface of cabinets, equipment, and workstations that are less than 8 feet in height. Exterior surfaces are vacuumed where applicable with critical filtered vacuums, and then wiped clean using our exclusive Pro-Tek™ brand Microfiber Cloths and Pro-Tek™ brand Anti-Static Cleaner. No input devices will be cleaned unless the device is completely powered down. Interior Server Cabinet Cleaning Includes cleaning the surface of the server cabinet doors, server exhaust fans, and surfaces of the servers inside the cabinet. Surfaces are vacuumed with critical filtered vacuums and then wiped clean using our exclusive Pro-Tek™ brand Anti-Static Cleaner Ceiling cleaning includes overhead cleaning above 8 feet by either vacuuming above the drop ceiling tiles by using specialized critical filter vacuums in compliance with recognized standards for cleaning data centers, and / or vacuuming and wiping clean overhead raceways according to the customer’s specific scope of work using our exclusive Pro-Tek™ brand Microfiber Cloths and Pro-Tek™ brand Anti-Static Cleaner. Ceiling cleaning is an important part of a complete data center cleaning preventive maintenance program for your data center. Anti-static floor finishing includes applying our exclusive Pro-Tek™ brand Anti-Static Floor Finish to non-raised floor surfaces to prevent dangerous static build-up. Manufacturers of high pressure laminated (HPL) access floor panels strongly recommend never to apply floor wax to the surface of the access floor panels. Applying a floor finish to the HPL access floor panels will actually damage the panel and its ability to dissipate static electricity. Subfloor encapsulation includes the application of an epoxy coating to the concrete subfloor plenum surface that acts as a vapor and dust barrier. Epoxy coatings are applied manually to the surface of the subfloor plenum. Subfloor encapsulants are one of the best ways to reduce concrete dusting and subsequent airborne particulate. Airborne Particulate Count Sampling Airborne particle count sampling includes a sampling of airborne particulates within your data center utilizing a laser particle counter. Particulate sampling is an indicator of airborne contamination. Regularly scheduled maintenance cleanings by trained personnel with the appropriate equipment, chemicals and methods are necessary to control the amount of airborne particulate within the data center environment.
