ASM Access Floor Panel, Concrete-Filled, 1500, HPL are epoxy coated unitized shells consisting of a flat steel top sheet welded to a formed steel bottom pan filled with a highly controlled mixture of lightweight cement. Manufactured to exacting tolerances, these non-combustible, rigid, solid panels deliver the ultimate in strength, durability, and acoustic performance. ASM concrete-filled panels are suitable for almost any application and are factory laminated with HPL. Concentrated Design Load is based on permanent set < and is verified by loading panels in accordance with the CISCA concentrated load method, but with panels installed on actual understructure instead of steel blocks. (Testing on blocks does not represent the performance of an actual installation.) Ultimate, Rolling, and Impact Load tests are performed using CISCA test procedures.
ii. Safety Factor is Ultimate Load divided by Design Load.
